VisaWay Consultancy may assist with university and programme selection, admission applications, supporting documentation and related procedures.

However, we do not guarantee admission to any university, college or educational institution.

All admission decisions are made independently by the relevant institution.

2. No Guarantee of Scholarships or Funding

VisaWay Consultancy may research scholarship and funding opportunities and assist clients with application preparation.

We do not award scholarships and cannot guarantee scholarship selection, financial aid, tuition waivers, stipends or other funding.

Funding decisions are made solely by the relevant university, government, scholarship body or funding organization.

3. No Guarantee of Employment

VisaWay Consultancy may provide international job-search assistance, including:

  • identifying potential vacancies;
  • CV and cover-letter preparation;
  • job-application assistance;
  • employer research and outreach; and
  • interview preparation.

VisaWay Consultancy is not an employer unless expressly stated in relation to a specific engagement.

We do not sell jobs and cannot guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, sponsorship or work permits.

Recruitment decisions are made independently by employers.

4. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

VisaWay Consultancy may assist clients with understanding visa requirements, completing application information, organizing supporting documents and preparing for relevant procedures.

However, VisaWay Consultancy does not issue visas and cannot guarantee visa approval.

Visa and immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration department or other competent government authority.

5. Form I-20 and U.S. Student Applications

For U.S. student cases, VisaWay Consultancy may assist applicants with university admissions and requirements associated with obtaining Form I-20.

VisaWay Consultancy does not issue Form I-20.

Form I-20 is issued by an appropriately authorized official of an eligible U.S. educational institution after the institution's applicable requirements have been satisfied.

Issuance of Form I-20 does not guarantee issuance of an F-1 visa.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing and provided through an appropriately authorized professional, VisaWay Consultancy does not act as a law firm or provide representation by an immigration attorney or solicitor.

Where an applicant's circumstances require regulated legal or immigration advice, the applicant may need to consult an appropriately qualified and authorized professional.

7. Accuracy of Information

VisaWay Consultancy aims to provide accurate and useful information based on available sources.

However, universities, governments, immigration authorities, employers and scholarship providers may change:

requirements • fees • deadlines • policies • eligibility criteria • application procedures

sometimes without prior notice.

Applicants should therefore verify important requirements through the relevant official authority as part of the application process.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for ensuring that information and documents supplied for their applications are genuine, accurate and complete.

VisaWay Consultancy does not knowingly support or submit fabricated, altered or misleading documentation.

Clients should review application information submitted in their name and personally complete any declaration, certification, signature, interview or other requirement that must be performed by the applicant.

9. Third-Party Decisions and Delays

VisaWay Consultancy is not responsible for decisions, processing times, delays or policy changes controlled by third parties, including:

  • universities;
  • scholarship providers;
  • employers;
  • recruitment platforms;
  • visa application centres;
  • embassies and consulates;
  • immigration authorities; and
  • other government organizations.

Third-party fees and government charges are separate unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
