These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the VisaWay Consultancy website and the general provision of consultancy and application-support services by VisaWay Consultancy.
By using this website or engaging VisaWay Consultancy for services, you acknowledge these Terms & Conditions. Specific paid services may also be governed by a separate written Service Agreement, which should take precedence where its terms specifically address the relevant service.

Accordingly, we do not guarantee:
admission • scholarship • funding • Form I-20 • interview • employment • work permit • visa approval • immigration outcome
Payment for VisaWay's services is payment for professional assistance and work performed, not payment for a guaranteed result.
3. Client Information and Documents
Clients must provide complete, genuine and accurate information and documentation.
Clients are responsible for reviewing information submitted in their name and informing VisaWay promptly if any information is incorrect or has changed.

- material misrepresentation in an application.
VisaWay may decline or discontinue services where fraudulent or materially misleading information is identified, subject to applicable law and the relevant service/refund terms.
5. Application Decisions
Final decisions remain exclusively with the relevant decision-making organization.
For example:
University admission → University/institution
Scholarship → Scholarship provider
Employment → Employer
Visa/immigration → Relevant government authority
Form I-20 → Appropriate SEVP-certified U.S. educational institution
VisaWay cannot influence or override these decisions.
6. Application Submission and Client Approval
Where an application requires the applicant's personal declaration, certification, signature, electronic signature, interview or other personal action, the client remains responsible for completing that requirement.
VisaWay may assist with preparation, but applicants should review information before submission.
7. Third-Party Fees
Unless expressly included in writing, VisaWay's professional fees do not include third-party costs.
These may include:
- university application fees;
- tuition and deposits;
- government visa fees;
- SEVIS fees;
- biometric charges;
- medical examinations;
- insurance;
- credential evaluations;
- English-language tests;

- other third-party costs.
Third-party fees are governed by the policies of the organizations receiving those payments.
8. Professional Fees
VisaWay's professional fees depend on the service requested.
Before beginning a paid case, the client should receive information regarding:
- services included;
- professional fee;
- payment schedule; and
- relevant cancellation/refund conditions.
Where appropriate, these terms will be documented in a separate Service Agreement.
9. Refunds and Cancellation
Refund eligibility depends on the services purchased, work already performed, expenses incurred and the terms agreed with the client.
A university rejection, scholarship rejection, unsuccessful job application, visa refusal or other adverse third-party decision does not automatically create a right to refund VisaWay's professional fee where the contracted services have been performed.
Detailed conditions should be governed by VisaWay's Refund & Cancellation Policy and the client's Service Agreement.
10. International Job Assistance
VisaWay may assist clients with international job searches, CV preparation, cover letters, vacancy identification, applications and interview preparation.
Unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular engagement, VisaWay is not the employer and does not sell or guarantee employment.
Employers independently determine recruitment and employment decisions.
11. Visa Application Assistance
VisaWay provides administrative and application-preparation support.
VisaWay does not issue visas and does not control government immigration decisions.
Where a matter requires regulated immigration or legal representation outside the scope of VisaWay's services, clients may need assistance from an appropriately authorized professional.
12. University and Scholarship Information
Admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarship criteria, deadlines and funding arrangements can change.
VisaWay aims to use current information when providing services, but clients should understand that institutions and funding bodies may change requirements without notice.
13. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- supplying requested documents promptly;
- meeting application deadlines;
- maintaining accurate contact information;
- reviewing applications;
- attending appointments and interviews;
- providing required financial evidence;
- paying applicable third-party fees; and
- informing VisaWay of material changes affecting their case.
Delays caused by incomplete or late client information may affect an application.
14. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with VisaWay's Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.
Clients may also be asked to sign a separate authorization and consent form where VisaWay needs to communicate with institutions on their behalf.
15. Third-Party Websites and Services
VisaWay may provide links or information relating to universities, employers, government portals, application platforms and other third-party services.
VisaWay does not control those organizations or their websites and is not responsible for their availability, policies or independent actions.
16. Website Information
Information published on this website is intended for general informational purposes and should not be treated as a guarantee of eligibility or outcome.
Individual circumstances should be assessed before an application strategy is determined.
